Procedure for submission of manuscripts
The editorial board Science of Kuban accepts previously published copyrighted material in articles of original, problematic and discussional form, literature reviews, lectures, short communications, letters to the editor, reports on the research activities and programmes in specialized fields of Science magazine. Materials submitted for publication shall be made in accordance with therequirements of the publication rules, and shall be submitted to the Editorial Office (Deputy Editor-in-Chief or Executive Secretary) in printed and in electronic form (CD or DVD). A printed copy of the article is signed by the author.
Supporting documents include:
1. The license agreement (in 2 copies). In accordance with the new requirements of the Russian edition of the WAC, included in the list of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals, which will be published by the main scientific results of the dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of doctor and candidate of Sciences, are included in the system of SEL (scientific electronic library). In this case, the legislation of the Russian Federation provides the binding contract between the Publisher (licensee) and author (the licensor) to use the published material.
2. Information about the authors (a form of original reference).
3. Review of the submitted materials, certified by the stamp seal (design review).
4. The reviewer should be professional with PhD in the corresponding speciality.
5. The manuscript is accompanied by an official letter from the organization that performed the work, signed by the head.

Review of submitted materials
All scientific papers received by the editors, are subject to mandatory review. The manuscripts submitted to the journal editorial office are examined by the editorial board and the materials are checked according to the the requirements, listed on the website of the journal. The chief editor or deputy editor of the Journal determines the compliance of an article with the requirements and profile of the Journal, the requirements for formatting and directs it to the reviewing doctor or PhD, having the publication of peer-reviewed articles on the subject over the last 3 years. Reviewers are notified that the manuscripts sent are the private property of the authors and contain information not subject to disclosure. Reviewers are not allowed to make copies of articles. The review shall be conducted confidentially. The review should be specified: a) whether the content of the article corresponds to its title, b) the extent to which the article corresponds to the modern achievements in the given field of science; c) assessment of forms of presentation, d) expediency of publishing the article. Reviewers stay anonymous. Review provided to the author by his written request. Review (a copy of) with the author indicated sent to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation at receipt to the editor of the corresponding request. If the review contains recommendations for improving and finalizing the article, the executive secretary of the journal sends the text of the review to the author with the proposal to consider the recommendations in the preparation of a new version of the article. Paper, revised by the author, is resend for a review. After the adoption of the decision by the editorial board of the journal on the admission of an article for publication the executive secretary shall inform the author and indicates the time frame. In case of refusal to publish an article, a reasoned refusal is sent to the author. The original reviews are stored in the editorial office and publishing house for five years.
